• Waterline work continuing along Tsienneto and Folsom Road, which includes installing residential services.

• Drainage installation at the intersection of Rte. 28 and Folsom Road.

• Constructing parking lot for Hoodkroft Condominiums.

• Sub-contractor selected to perform utility relocation.

August Construction Updates

• Comcast is continuing to relocate their facilities on the project.

• Pouring concrete islands on Old Rum Trail.

• Curbing on North High Street.

• Sidewalk paving on Folsom Road, between Franklin Street Extension and Manchester Road (Rte. 28).

• Curbing on Old Rum Trail to Haley Drive and on North High Street.

• Waterline work will continue along Tsienneto Road.

• Drainage across Rte. 28 and in front of Fireye.

• Constructing parking lot for Hoodkroft Condominiums.

July 2026 Construction Updates

• Paved Old Rum Trail, east to Folsom Road, just past Haley Drive.

• Paved Haley Drive and the American Excavating Driveway.

• Swapped Rte. 28 signals to temporary signals.

• Constructed portions of the pedestrian trail on North High Street.

• Comcast is continuing to relocate their facilities on this project.
